Double Occupancy Rate is per person
This rate applies when two persons share a cabin. It's a cost-effective option allowing you and your cabin mate to enjoy the full range of amenities aboard while splitting the room fare.Single Supplement Rate
If you prefer the privacy of enjoying a cabin to yourself, the single supplement rate applies. This rate ensures that you have a personal space all to yourself without sharing.

The deposit Requirement is $250 (P/P) or $250 for a Single Supplement to reserve a cabin, and at the final Payment, it will include a port tax of $190.00 per person.
The final Payment is due on or before June 20, 2025.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Via email to laz@adventurebears.com When booking a cruise and land package, you agree to the following per-person cancellation policies:
Adventure Bears LLC will charge a cancellation fee of $250 Per Person if you cancel within 90 days of the balance due date or cancel after the final payment has been collected.
Adventure Bears is not an all-gay chartered cruise. Our private group events are one-of-a-kind. You must make a reservation directly with us to participate in our group activities and take advantage of our promotions. Don't wait any longer! Take advantage of the fun and secure your cabin with us!
Adventure Bears LLC/ Galaxy Travel & Cruises LLC reserves the right to cancel the offer(s) at any time, correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and change or update fares, fees, and surcharges without prior notice. A standard total deposit penalty is applied if a booking is canceled within the final payment period. All offers are capacity-controlled; availability varies by sailing, and eligible staterooms may sell out. All offers are non-transferable and applicable only to the Offer Cruise.
